Our liability for defective goods covers the replacement of the goods themselves. Other types of compensation are not included in the complaint procedure.
Please note that starting a complaint procedure does not change the due dates of your invoices. Payments must still be made on time, even while the complaint is being resolved.

If you are a consumer (a non-business individual), you may return goods purchased in our e-shop that do not meet your expectations and withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Wholesale customer — meaning individual doing business (ordering with a company registration number) or legal entities — are not legally entitled to withdraw from the contract free of charge. However, Stoklasa goes beyond its legal obligations and allows wholesale customers to return goods within 14 days of delivery for a handling fee of 4 EUR.

After we receive and inspect the returned goods, the refund will be sent to your account within 14 days. If the goods are damaged or show signs of wear, the refunded amount may be reduced accordingly.
