Warranty is limited to the replacement of the goods themselves, any additional compensation is excluded from the complaint procedure.

Start of complaint procedure does not affect the obligation of the purchaser to pay the invoice at due date . It is therefore not allowed that the buyer will stop payment of invoices due to the complaint procedure.

Submit the following with each claim:

  • written complaint including a description of the defect
  • proposal to settle the claim
  • copy of proof of purchase (invoice)
  • damage report, if the damage occurred due to product shipping


For complaints use our complaint Form, which can be found in details of your latest order after logging in to your account.

According to the law of registration of sales the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. Seller is also obliged to register received revenue at Financial Authority online; in case of technical failure this must be done within 48 hours.
