Christmas Delivery

Due to the fact that we deliver to several EU countries using different carriers, we are not able to give you a specific date which would guarantee Christmas delivery. However, we will do our best to process your orders as quickly as possible.

Orders placed by the end of the year 2023

For orders received by December 19, 2023, we guarantee their processing (invoicing and shipment) by December 21, 2023.

We will try to process orders received on December 20 and December 21 in the morning, but we cannot guarantee their shipment by the warehouse's closing hour - December 21 at 1:00 pm.

Warehouse Holiday Operation Hours

From December 22, 2023 to January 1, 2024, the Stoklasa Haberdashery Central Warehouse will be closed, but you can still place orders. We will then process orders received during this period after January 2, 2024. Thank you for your understanding.

From January 2, 2024, we will be back to regular business hours.
