Description

Smooth elastic is elastic (pulling), stretches back to its original state.

Usage: Suitable for sewing on waist of trousers, dresses, jackets etc.

It is firm in tension.

We have tried: We washed the elastic at the temperature specified by the supplier. After washing, 1 m of elastic shrank by 2%. During the next test, we steamed the elastic with an iron and after ironing it shrank 8% on 1 m. That is why it is important to take account of shrinkage before cutting and sewing the elastic.
