We have tried: We washed the material at 30 °C / spin 800 rpm - there was no need to iron it. It shrunk by 0.5% in length, it did not shrink in width. Despite the lower shrinkage, it is strongly recommended to pre-shrink the loneta fabric before sewing (wash at the temperature that you will use later when washing the sewn product normally, usually 30 °C or steam thoroughly with an iron) to prevent shrinkage of the sewn product.
The fabric measurements needed for sewing basic garments and home textiles, can be found here .
