Clothing fabric gabardine

Gabardine is a densely woven, elegant material that is slightly elastic and holds its shape well. It has a fine diagonal ribbing on the front side. It does not wrinkle and is comfortable to wear.
You can use it for both formal and casual clothing. It is great for jackets, suits, trousers, skirts, dresses or vests.

We have tried: After gentle washing at 30 °C (spin 800 rpm), the material has slightly shrunk by 1% in length and 1% in width. Be careful when washing at a higher temperature, as the material may shrink more, and also when spinning at higher speeds, there is a risk that the fibers of the material will be irreversibly damaged.
Despite the low shrinkage, we recommend pre-shrinking the material before sewing. The fabric dries well and irons well (from the wrong side, over an ironing board - this will prevent unwanted shine).
