Foam is an important aid when felting using the pricking technique because it protects the felting needle from breaking.
Instructions for use: Take a ball of fleece and shape it into the desired shape with your fingers. Use a felting needle to gradually and evenly pierce the fleece from all sides. The felting needle has small grooves on the sides where the wool fibers get caught and by piercing the wool, the trapped fibers become tangled.
