Description

The spectacular pleated ruffle has both edges with arches , is single-layered, firmly stitched in the middle. It shines gently , the material from which it is made has a slightly structured surface . It will give an elegant look to dresses, skirts, blouses and T-shirts, creating the effect of light airiness . It can be sewn on cuffs, decorate carnival and dance costumes and hats. For a greater effect, we recommend sewing it in several rows. You can also easily make beautiful flowers from it.
