Description

Richly pleated tulle ruffle can be used to make Tutu skirts . It consists of 4 rows of pleated ruffles sewn next to each other on a tulle base. It is firmly sewn, not elastic, although it has perfect volume , it is very light. It will give an elegant and playful look to dresses, skirts, blouses and T-shirts, creating the effect of lightness and movement . You can also sew it on carnival costumes, hats, it will help you create interesting wedding and party decorations.
The width of the ruffle is 11 cm, the width of the tulle sewing base is 6.5 cm, it can be folded as needed. Thanks to its strength, it is easy to sew it onto any base, creating rich and fluffy layers that will dazzle at every step.
