Pom Pom Loom set is a handy tool to make a 3D pom pom.
The package also includes a photo tutorial. For the production you need knitting yarns.

User manual: wrap around the first half-circle reasonably tightly with yarn then the other one and combine them both into a one circle. Put the scissors in between the two halves and cut it around the perimeter. Draw a long piece of thread between and tie a firm knot. Remove the pompom from loom and make little adjustments with scissors.

Utilities: knitting yarn 10-17 g, sharp scissors and a strong cord.
