Description

Elastic width of 10 mm on one side, in the middle is a silicone band with a width of 2 mm. Elastic is due to the silicone anti slip. At maximum stretch the silicone will crack, this is no reason for complaint. It is not only suitable for underwear, but mainly used on sportswear..

The windings may slightly vary ± 2%. Elastic is soft in tension.

30.04.2024 [Customer]: Hello, I am Hugo, and I am responsible for product development at the company Lexido. We would like to source a supplier to work with over the long term for a particular part of our new product.

The part is a black ribbon, 10mm wide, that has the loops of a Velcro on one side, and a layer of silicone on the other side to prevent the ribbon from slipping. We will cut the ribbon into sections of 1.5m.

Ideally, we would sew two 50mm Velcro hooks to both ends on the silicone side.

I have seen that you produce similar products, would you be able to manufacture this type of ribbon both with and without the sewing of the hooks? And if so, what would be the approximate cost for 100 units initially for each version of the ribbon, please?

If you already have some materials that are not exactly the size indicated in the sketch, please let us know so we can see if we can use them, as we will be quite flexible on the measurements.
