Dear Customers,

we are preparing new warehouse for faster expedition and more comfortable shopping.
This change will bring a huge improvement in the awareness of the quantity and availability of a particular color or variation. When placing an order, you will see how many meters/units of a specific colour/variation are in stock right away and what you order will be immediately reserved for you. Order coverage will therefore be 100%.

This organizational and technically extremely difficult operation sadly means short-term limitations to our services.

 

May 22 - 27, 2018 our e-shop will have limited service

Orders will be accepted, but not prepared and dispatched. For technical reasons, we will not be able to respond to your telephone and written requests for priority order processing.

It will also not be possible to use PayPal as a method of payment.

 

Orders received during this period will begin to be processed and dispatched

from May 28, 2018.

 

Moving into a new warehouse is the most complex logistics move we have made over the past 28 years. Wish us luck to get it done.

We apologize for any complications and thank you for your patience. We believe our new warehouse system will be a great asset to you.

According to the law of registration of sales the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. Seller is also obliged to register received revenue at Financial Authority online; in case of technical failure this must be done within 48 hours.
