Sand images is technique of gluing of colour sand on pre-painted base. You can create any kind of image.
Our colleague has created according to model found on internet her own picture, i.e. copy of another picture. It is nothing difficult. You can create your own original picture, or - if you are not skilful in painting - find an image you like. Print this picture in colour on self-adhesive wallpaper or papers so that you would have this picture on covering foil which is to be peeled off. "Trace" the darkest colour carefully with sharp knife. !Beware! only top layer, you should not cut through, then peel foil off and cover it with sand. Thus follow from the darkest to the lightest colour. Finish as soon as whole your picture is covered by sand.
According to professional instructions, glue is not recommended, we have tested it on self-adhesive foil or paper, we didn´t use glue. If you want to use it on visit card or decorative wish card, you can use double-side sellotape. Glue required shape, peel covering foil off and cover with sand. Press and pour away excessive sand.
